Back Patio Rose Compass Stamped Overlay
This is a stamped overlay back patio. The Rose Compass is a rubber stamp that was stamped onto the overlay when it was wet. There are several different compass stamps that can be used to make your floor stand out.
Pool Deck and Walkway Re-Textured Spray Deck
This is a repaired and re-textured floor with a fresh coat of colored sealer. Spray deck is a popular choice for pool decks and patio floors.
Gazebo and Walkway Pressure Wash and Seal
This lovely walkway and gazebo floor just needed a little TLC. We pressured washed the floor and applied a fresh coat of sealer. Yearly maintenance will insure your floor will last longer.
Front Entrance Walkway Stamped Overlay
The client didn’t want to stamp the entire driveway but wanted a little decorative concrete so they opted to have the walkway resurfaced with stamped overlay. The color wasn’t integrated into the overlay mix but instead applied after for a more rustic look.
Front Porch Entrance Custom Stencil on Stamped Overlay
Our client loved this coat of arms design she saw in Italy and wanted the same design on her front porch entrance. After applying stamped overlay we left a space to apply a custom ordered stencil, colored everything in and the end results speak for themselves.
Cortland at Stonebriar Polished Concrete
We polished the concrete in the Cortland at Stonebriar leasing office. It is polished to 800 grit and finished off with stain protector and burnished with a high speed burnisher. A great choice for high traffic areas.
Residential Concrete Solid Epoxy
We applied 100% solid epoxy to the entire first floor including kitchen, dining room, living room and hallways. Another great option outside of traditional flooring.
Residential Driveway Stained Concrete
Elegant detail to the driveway of an already elegant home. We pressure washed the driveway and applied black acid stain with two coats of sealer.
The Golf Club at Champions Circle Polishable Self Level Overlay
On the entrance to the golf club we installed self level overlay, used a custom stencil to color the logo and polished the concrete to 800 grit with stain protector and a high speed burnish.
Custom Scored Pool Deck Acid Stained with Custom Five Pointed Stars
Both of the custom scored stars are permanent and can only be removed by grinding down the concrete. There are more patterns to choose from, let us know about your ideal floor.
before and after
ARENTCO 2014
Arentco is a very busy tool rental store in Lewisville. Due to the heavy traffic of people and machinery they wanted a heavy duty coating. We applied epoxy with full broadcast flakes with a clear urethane top coat. The coating lasted until 2024 when it was demo’d and replaced by polished concrete.
ARENTCO 2024
After lasting 10 years, Arentco decided to demo the epoxy with full broadcast flakes in favor of polished concrete. After the owner demo’d the floor we started grinding, patching and smoothing out the floor. For a very old floor it sure shined.
BACK PATIO
At the start the sealer and stain were nearly gone, we stripped off the remaining coatings, pressure washed and applied color and 2 coats of sealer.
COMMERCIAL POLISHED CONCRETE IRVING TX
This commercial space was being used as a data center and office space. Polished concrete was a great choice as there is a lot of foot traffic and polished concrete makes it easier to clean and maintain the floors. We removed all existing coatings, grinded & smoothed out the concrete, applied Caramel color dye and polished to 80 grit. It turned out great despite the poor conditions of the concrete.
DEMO, OVERLAY AND ACID STAIN
This was such a great project, the wood floor demo proved to be a little difficult but with the right tools it was removed. After removing the wood the floor was grinded to prep the concrete for a coat of overlay. The overlay was then coated with a smooth finish micro-topping, acid stained and for the top coating a urethane was applied.
DRIVEWAY — STRIP, ACID STAIN AND SEAL
The issue with this driveway was that the previous decorative concrete contractor used very poor quality materials and unfortunately it’s a very common issue. Since stripping coatings is our specialty, removing this old stain and sealer was no issue. After stripping the driveway back to the original concrete, we applied acid stain (cola color) and two coats of sealer. As long as the proper yearly maintenance is given, the coating will last longer and stay looking beautiful for many years.
EPOXY COMMERCIAL PROJECT
Epoxy has many commercial applications, from garages, to airplane hangers and even the deli food industry. The area where we applied epoxy was to be used to store deli food and the epoxy had to meet specific requirements. Installation was straight forward, grinded the concrete to create a rough profile and applied epoxy to specifications.
First Baptist Church of Flower Mound: GLUE REMOVAL AND ACID STAINING
This floor initially had carpet, we demo’d the carpet, stripped the carpet glue back to bare concrete. Applied acid stain and a urethane top coat. Our advanced stripping techniques are perfect for removing old floor coatings or glue without harming and demineralizing the concrete which allows us to apply acid stain without any issues.
INDUSTRIAL EPOXY COATING
Epoxy is popular for industrial use as it can be resistant to chemicals, oils and stains. We can find the epoxy you require for your specific industrial needs, just let us know the specifications.
LARGE WOOD PLANKS STAMPED OVERLAY
For mismatched concrete slabs, old washed out concrete or unpleasing concrete, we recommend resurfacing your concrete with Stamped Overlay. It can be applied over any type of existing concrete surface even pea gravel. Very popular for front and back patios and it comes in a variety of patterns, textures and colors. This front porch was resurfaced with a grey overlay, a walnut colored antiquing agent was added after the overlay dried giving it a natural wood look. We finished it off with two coats of sealer.
NOT POLISHED VS POLISHED CONCRETE
This is a great example of a side by side comparison between polished concrete and bare concrete floors in a single image. The hallway hasn’t been polished and the bottom part has been polished to 800 grit with grey color dye, stain protector and high speed burnished.
POLISHED CONCRETE
Although there is a wide selection of color dyes for polished concrete, sometimes the best look is the natural color of concrete. This floor was polished up to 1500 grit, no color dye, stain protected and high speed burnished.
RESIDENTIAL POLISHED CONCRETE
Do you currently have existing stained or floors with any type of coating? Would you like elegant, classy high gloss concrete floors instead? Then consider polished concrete for your home, we can remove any coating currently on it and make into a blank canvas. From there you can choose to add colors, stencil designs, scoring and even how glossy you want the finish to be.
STAMPED OVERLAY OVER PEA GRAVEL
Pea Gravel or exposed aggregate was a popular concrete choice at one point. But for those who are looking for something more modern or more aesthetically pleasing, stamped overlay is a great choice. A great way to turn a bland looking floor into a work of art. This pool deck & patio were resurfaced with overlay and stamped with a ashlar slate pattern.
STAMPED OVERLAY WALKWAY
The first thing a person sees when approaching a house is the front of the house, the lawn and the walkway. You would be surprised how much of a difference a decorative walkway can make. These walkways were both resurfaced with stamped overlay as it’s the best option for worn down or mismatched concrete. Just by looking at the before an after pictures you can see how much value stamped overlay can bring to your property.
