Flores Decorative Concrete is responsive, communicative, and honest. I reached out to Flores Decorative Concrete and they came out to look at my project the next day. They assessed my project and provided their honest opinion. As it turned out, the best option they advised was for me to not hire them and for me to do the job on my own. I first contacted Sergio and he immediately answered the phone. We spoke briefly and he explained the polished concrete process thoroughly. He sent an email with photos so I could take time to make a decision. Sergio had an opening within two days. On the day of the project, he showed up bright and early and right on time.  Sergio provided a contract that I had previously read via email. He and his crew unloaded their equipment and got to work immediately. I expected a cloud of dust but there was none. He had a large vacuum that was used during the entire process.  Sergio and his crew worked very efficiently. After day one, they even mopped the area they walked on to get to the project. Overall, I am beyond pleased. Never did I imagine that a twenty-five year old concrete with surface paint stains, among other issues, could look so good. The concrete polish literally has a mirror finish.  The project took a day and a half and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend Sergio for any concrete projects. We had Sergio put a stamped overlay of wide barn boards on our front porch 5 years ago. It was a wonderful job and looked great. Unfortunately, our house settled and we needed piers placed through the porch, damaging the overlay. I was glad that Flores Decorative Concrete is still in business!
